There could be a number of reasons why your robot is missing some areas of the pool.
To start troubleshooting, please be sure to place the robot into the shallow end of the pool.
Next, try running the robot without the filter bag for one or two minutes in a clean section of the pool and observe if the robot operates normally. If not, the robot may need an additional float. Or, the scrubbing brushes may need to be replaced.
- The Aquabot Extreme has a float on the cable. If the unit does not cover the deep end, lower the cable floats a couple of inches. If the unit does not cover the shallow end, it may be the incline is too deep and unit will not work in this pool.
- The Aquabot Supreme also has a handle float. This float needs to be moved to the left or right. (In order to cover the pool better we need to adjust the turn)
